Unstuffed Peppers


1/2 lb of ground beef (chicken or turkey)
1 jar of spaghetti sauce - any kind
1 cup minute rice
2 bell peppers coarsely chopped
1/4 cup of water
Onion (optional)

Brown meat and onion in skillet.
Once meat is mostly cooked add remaining ingredients. Cover.
Simmer on low for 20 minutes or until rice is cooked and peppers are tender.
